Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final; however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are committed to making it right within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect beauty products.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
